My traveler didn’t show up
If the traveler didn’t show up on the agreed date and time, send them a message via AirCarry Platform to see if there were some unavoidable circumstances for your Traveler and setup an alternate time.
Per AirCarry guidelines, your traveler should reply to your messages within 48 hours and contact you at least 24 hours before their arrival to coordinate delivery details. If your traveler has not responded
to you after your multiple attempts, please reach out to our customer support team
If your traveler has not communicated a change in his/her plans for up to 5 days, you are eligible to cancel your Order. Please reach out to our customer service team to facilitate your cancellation. We
will work on connecting you with another traveler who can deliver your order at the earliest.
